Surveillance Assistant (PPS-05)
- Number of Posts: 50
- Age Limit: Up to 50 years
- Eligibility: Graduation (14 years) in Computer Sciences, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or an equivalent discipline from a recognized HEC university. At least Second Division with 3-6 months diploma in IT.

Monitoring Assistant (PPS-04)
- Number of Posts: 220
- Age Limit: Up to 50 years
- Eligibility: Graduation (14 years) in any discipline with a verifiable degree from HEC-recognized institutions. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in data collection and monitoring, especially in the health sector.

- The appointments will be made according to the Recruitment Policy 2022 of the Government of the Punjab.
- These roles are district-specific and non-transferable.
- Candidates must have a domicile in Punjab to be eligible.

How to Apply
Applicants must apply through the National Testing Service (NTS) by following these steps:
- Visit nts website or click here to apply online for the relevant post.
- Submit the test fee of Rs. 500 in any branch of HBL, ABL, MCB, or Meezan Bank using the prescribed challan form.
- Attach the deposit slip (original copy), CNIC copy, two passport-size photographs, and relevant documents with the application form.
- Submit the complete application to NTS Headquarters, Plot No. 96, Street No. 4, H-8/1, Islamabad.
- The last date to submit applications is 20th June 2025.
Candidates must regularly check the NTS website for roll number slips and test schedules. Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.
